1.1 The User acknowledges that all the elements of the Shop and of each of the Products, the information and materials contained in them, the brands, the structure, selection, order and presentation of their contents, and the computer programs used in relation to them, are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights of Luigi Mallardo itself or of third parties, and that the General Conditions do not attribute to it any other right than those specifically contemplated in the same.
1.2 Unless authorised by Luigi Mallardo or, where applicable, by the third party holders of the corresponding rights, or unless this is legally permitted, the User may not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, lend, make available, or allow access to the public through any form of public communication of any of the elements referred to in the previous paragraph. The User must use the materials, elements and information accessed through the use of the Store only for his or her own needs, agreeing not to make direct or indirect commercial use of the materials, elements and information obtained through them.
1.3 The User must abstain from avoiding or manipulating any technical devices established by Luigi Mallardo or by third parties in the Store.
2. Data Protection
2.1 In compliance with the Law 15/99 LOPD, we inform you that your personal data and other information provided through the registration form, as well as that coming from the transactions carried out, will be included and kept in a file for its treatment, property of Luigi Mallardo, while its cancellation is not requested. The treatment will be destined to the development and execution of the sale, the personalized attention of the products and services that it acquires and to the improvement of this attention, as well as to the promotion of products and own services and of third companies linked to Luigi Mallardo
2.2 The User may at any time exercise his or her rights of access, rectification, opposition or cancellation by e-mail to luigi@saasup.net, attaching a copy of his or her N.I.F. or substitute identification document.
2.3. Answers marked with * on the registration form are mandatory. Failure to reply will prevent the purchase of the selected products.
3. Passwords
3.1 Luigi Mallardo will facilitate the use of personal passwords to the user who registers as such on the website. These passwords will be used to access the services provided through the Website. The user must keep the passwords in the strictest and most absolute confidentiality under his or her own responsibility, assuming, therefore, any damages or consequences of any kind arising from the breach or disclosure of the secret. The User agrees to notify Luigi Mallardo immediately of any unauthorised use of his password, as well as access by unauthorised third parties.
4. Cookies

5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation, fulfilment or termination of this contract shall be submitted to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of the City of Barcelona, renouncing the jurisdiction that may correspond to the User, provided that the applicable legislation so permits.
