The SaaS model is generally associated to technology or subscriptions but it is much more than that. It is a way of thinking and managing.
Since 2018 I’m teaching SaaS models to the IE business school and in Spring 2020 I also created and manually curate the SaaSification newsletter to bring regularly in the subscriber’s inbox news, stories and thoughts about companies and business leaders in all sort of industries that understood how the secret formula for the new reality is to follow a set of go-to-market mantras and fundamentals pioneered by the SaaS industry in the last 20 years.
